As authorized by D.23-12-008, San Diego Gas & Electric Company (SDG&E) is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to seek offers from third parties interested in purchasing 2022 and 2023 Portfolio Content Category 3, or PCC 3, REC product from eligible renewable resources under contract with SDG&E.

Registration and Submission Information

The RFP and all subsequent revisions and documents are available for download from the RFP Website. Potential Offerors are responsible for monitoring the RFP Website for subsequent updates, notices and postings.

Offerors must submit bids into the 2024 RPS Unbundled REC Sales RFP event on the PowerAdvocate® website. Offerors intending to submit an Offer but who do not yet have an existing account with PowerAdvocate® must first register to create a username/password to receive access to the event.
